What it does

The site file, in your pocket

Each record links to the others. Sign someone in and they're on the fire roll. Fail a plant check and an action is raised. Close a hot works permit and the fire watch is logged.

Plant checksThe dumper fails on brakes. It's marked do not use and the hire company is chased automatically.
Toolbox talkThe working at height talk plays with voiceover. Attendance is ticked from the sign-in list.
DeliveryThe advice note is logged against its PO and the order closes. The data sheet request goes out.
Hot worksThe roofer's permit is issued after all seven checks are answered.
